Leech & Sons are a rare breed. One of only
a handful of butchers in Britain to run their own abattoir,
they are master butchers in the truest sense. From control
of farming and selection through to cutting and hanging, these
craftsmen make sure you always know exactly where your meat
is coming from: from pasture to pantry.
The family-run business, which celebrated its 75th Anniversary
last year, is thrilled to have opened its second shop at Burwash
