Burwash Fine Wines
specialises in wines from Italy but also sells wines from
France, Spain as well as the best picks from the New World.
Our passion, if you like, are "terroir wines"
or put another way "wines with origin and expression that
reflect the soil, grape variety, exposure to the sun & other
natural influences". We do not sell commercially driven wines
that are mass-produced and sold in national chains. We buy
as much wine as we can direct from the growers, farmers and
wine estates. The wines that we import give us a unique, sometimes
rare offering of high quality, handcrafted wines. Our special
relationship with the winemakers allows us to understand better,
what quality wine is all about and by cutting out the middle-man
we bring you, our very valuable customers, the best offering
in great wines. In the last couple of years we have doubled
the amount of wines that we buy direct and now import around
120 lines - about 60% of our entire portfolio, which are not
available anywhere else in the UK.
